On October 13th, Eileen Beadle and Laurie Basok attending the Beachfest cheque presentation. Beachfest presented Sandcastle Ambassadors with a cheque for their volunteer activities at Beachfest. Bowser Seniors Housing Society was very pleased to accept a cheque for $4,400 for the eight shifts we worked at Beachfest. Thank you
The Clothing Out Sale hosted by Pemberton Holmes Inc. in Bowser on October 14th was a great success. Thank you to Pemberton Holmes, our volunteers, and to all who donated and came and bought wonderful treasures. We raised $1130+ dollars.
MORE FIREWOOD This weekend we will be teaming up with the Deep Bay Fire and Rescue Society for a Firewood Fundraiser. Many of you asked if we would be back again and we are happy to say that Firewood will once again be available on October 7, 8th and 9th.
