Site work:
Complete install of water line along Sundry Road
Excavate for onsite fire water tanks
South Wing:
Continue installation of roof insulation and strapping
Complete connection of HVAC wall caps
Continue HVAC tie-ins to ERVs
Insulate and poly all exterior walls
Begin installation of suite showers
Complete corridor electrical rough-ins
North Wing:

Truss inspection
Install vinyl doors
Install windows and door flashings
Continue siding install
North Wing:
Prerock to continue
Installation of roof membrane to continue

- South Wing: Water line and fire suppression rough in’s
- South Wing: Building wrap and roof installations go in
- North Wing: Truss Installation and roof sheeting

Activities for the week of May 12th to May 16th:
- Completion of South Roof diaphragm
- Roof framing inspection
- Standing North wing walls
- Begin installation of roofing membrane
Activities for the week of April 21st to April 25th
- Continue installation of roof trusses, and sheathing (Simcott)
- Continue remediation of South Wing prefabricated wall deficiencies (Atlas)
- Begin installation of storm system: Catch basins, manholes and pipe (ITD)
- Tentative pouring of Electrical/Mechanical Room (SCL/Simcott)
- Begin plumbing rough-in of South Wing units (West Bay)
Activities for the week of March 22 – April 11th
- Continue backfill of Central building area
- Begin framing of South wing walls
- Continue framing of South wing walls
- Back fill of North wing units
Activities for the week of March 17th to March 21st:

- Rebar installation in South wing slab
- Begin underslab plumbing in Central and North wing suites

Activities March 10 – 17th
- Under Slab Plumbing and electrical rough in of south building
- Concrete pour of North wing and building center foundation walls
- Stripping form-work on North wing and building center foundation walls
- Tentative damp-proofing of North wing and building center exterior foundation walls
Activities Week 16 Feb 15 – 21
- Installation of Perimeter drain around the South wing of the building
- Rough-in of main Sanitary lines in the south wing corridor
- Continuation of concrete formwork
- Foundation walls for the South wing
- Footings for the North wing Tentative (weather dependent) start of Septic area testing

- Mulching of stumps to begin
- Preparation of road works to begin
- Continued maintenance of water filtration in runoff trenches
Week #4 Nov 18 – 22:
- All trees have been cut and site has been grubbed
- Mulching of the stumps and tree debris will start
- Pitt road build to start
